Iceland Plan Programme

Our Headteacher, Soledad Villate, joined Radio Bío Bío for an insightful interview on the Plan Iceland Programme, a key initiative led by the Municipality of Las Condes to help prevent alcohol and drug use in schools. By engaging learners, teachers and parents, the programme promotes healthy lifestyles and clear, proactive approaches to prevention.

Healthy digital habits

Our Headteacher, Soledad Villate Cano, also took part in a Radio Bío Bío interview to discuss mobile phone use among children and young people, in light of the new law coming into effect in 2026 that will prohibit the use of devices in schools across Chile.

Welcome and support programme

This programme supports new joiners and their families from day one. Our approach places social and emotional wellbeing at the heart of the transition, with a strong focus on belonging, community and a gradual, confident start to school life.

Support begins before arrival with orientation, welcome activities and personalised follow-up in the classroom and shared spaces. Our school community and psychoeducational teams provide guidance, family meetings and tailored academic adjustments to help ensure a positive and reassuring transition. This thoughtful approach helps reduce anxiety, strengthen connections and support successful integration into the school community.

Student Ambassador Program - CPV Connectors

Student Ambassador Program - CPV Connectors

Our CPV Connectors ambassador programme helps strengthen our school community while encouraging positive leadership throughout the school. CPV Connectors play a valued role in welcoming and supporting new joiners as they settle into school life, representing the school in a range of internal and external settings, and contributing to initiatives that enrich wellbeing, community spirit and everyday school life.

They are chosen for their personal and academic excellence, as well as the respect, empathy and kindness they show in their daily interactions. With a strong commitment to CPV values, a genuine sense of belonging and a natural ability to support others, they help every new joiner feel welcomed, confident and connected from the very start.
